THIS CONTEST IS OFFERED BY SAILUN TIRE AMERICAS INC. (THE \u201cSPONSOR\u201d), IS ONLY OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES AND IS GOVERNED BY CANADIAN LAWS AND THE LAWS OF THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO. SEE BELOW FOR FULL CONTEST DETAILS. PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF, AND AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY, THESE CONTEST RULES (THE \u201cCONTEST RULES\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONTEST PERIOD<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This Unlock Your Smart Summer Drive Contest (the \u201cContest\u201d) begins on July 10, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (\u201cET\u201d) and ends on July 24, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the \u201cContest Period\u201d). Entries received before or after the Contest Period are void. Sponsor\u2019s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ELIGIBILITY<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada and the United States, who as of the time of entry, have reached the age of majority in their province, territory or state of residence (an \u201cEntrant\u201d). In Canada, the age of majority is 19 in British Columbia, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Yukon, Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Northwest Territories and 18 in Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Prince Edward Island. In the United States the age of majority is 19 years old in Alabama and Nebraska and 18 years old in all other states. Employees, directors and officers of the Sponsor and its agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse, and life partners), and\/or those living in the same household, of each such person are not eligible to enter the Contest. Void where prohibited by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HOW TO ENTER<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. INTERNET ACCESS AND INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT REQUIRED. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To enter, the Entrant must have a valid Instagram profile. If the Entrant does not have a profile, the Entrant may register in accordance with the enrollment instructions for a free account (please note you must agree to Instagram\u2019s Terms of Use at https:\/\/help.instagram.com\/581066165581870 to register).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To enter the Contest and obtain one (1) entry (a \u201cRegular Entry\u201d), Entrants must, during the Contest Period:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. follow, and stay following until four weeks after the Contest Period, the Sponsor on Instagram under the account @RoveloTire (the \u201cAccount\u201d);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. access the website at [LINK] (the \u201cWebsite\u201d) and find the \u201chidden word\u201d; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. follow the instructions on the Website to complete the Contest entry form, including providing their first name, last name, email, city and province\/territory\/state of residence, country, the \u201chidden word\u201d, and Instagram handle.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Entrants may only use one (1) email address and one (1) Instagram account to enter the Contest. If it is discovered that an Entrant has attempted to use more than one (1) email address or Instagram account to enter the Contest; then (in the sole discretion of the Sponsor) the Entrant may be disqualified from the Contest and all of their entries may be voided.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Regular Entries will automatically be rejected if the entry form is not fully completed and submitted during the Contest Period. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    There are two (2) methods to obtain one (1) optional additional entry (a \u201cBonus Entry\u201d). Entrants may only use one method, for a maximum of one (1) Bonus Entry per Entrant. To obtain one (1) Bonus Entry, Entrants must, during the Contest Period: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. post an Instagram comment (each a \u201cComment\u201d) tagging one (1) Instagram account other than the Account or the Entrant\u2019s own Instagram account, on the Account\u2019s post dated [_July 10, 2026____] that invites entrants to enter the Contest (the \u201cPost\u201d); or\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. re-post or share the Post (each a \u201cRepost\u201d) on the Entrant\u2019s own Instagram account.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      To be valid and count as a Bonus Entry, Comments and Reposts must: (i) not be deleted during the Contest Period or for four weeks after; (ii) be made using the same Instagram account that the Entrant used to obtain their Regular Entry; (iii) not include any inaccurate tagging (e.g. tagging yourself in the photo if you are not in the photo); (iv) not contain any name\/image\/likeness\/voice of any third parties without their consent; (v) not infringe on the rights, including intellectual property rights, of any person; (vi) not contain content created using generative artificial intelligence; (vii) not contain music; (viii) comply with the Instagram terms of service or terms of use and technical requirements; and (ix) be in compliance with these Contest Rules. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Regular Entries and Bonus Entries shall be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the Instagram account associated with the entry. The \u201cauthorized account holder\u201d of an Instagram account is defined as the person who is assigned an account by Instagram.  The Entrant selected as the Contest winner may be required to provide the Sponsor with proof (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor \u2013 including, without limitation, government issued photo identification) that such selected Entrant is the authorized account holder of the Instagram and\/or email account associated with the winning entry. Normal Internet access and device usage charges imposed by your online service may apply. Use of any automated system to enter or otherwise participate in this Contest is prohibited and will automatically result in disqualification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Limit:<\/strong> Each Entrant may submit a maximum of one (1) Regular Entry, and one (1) Bonus Entry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      PRIZES AND SELECTION OF WINNERS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      There will be one (1) prize available to be won at the end of the Contest Period (the \u201cPrize\u201d). <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      The Prize consists of: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. one (1) set of four (4) ROVELO\u00ae passenger vehicle tires (approx. retail value CAD $800 <\/strong>depending on size of tires selected); and\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. one (1) Smart Summer Drive Bundle which includes (collective approx. retail value CAD $845):<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. one (1) a gift card for gas in the amount of CAD $200;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. one (1) bluetooth tire pressure monitoring system (approx. retail value CAD $40);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. one (1) smart ring (approx. retail value CAD $550);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. one (1) baseball cap (approx. retail value CAD $25);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        5. one (1) tote bag (approx. retail value CAD $20);and<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        6. one (1) pair of sunglasses (approx. retail value CAD $10).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          The total estimated retail value of the Prize is CAD$1,645. The winner is responsible for any and all applicable local, state\/provincial\/territorial, and federal taxes and fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Prize Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          The following terms and conditions apply to the Prize:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. The Prize is provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind beyond the customary representations provided when sold at retail. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferrable. No cash redemption or Prize substitution allowed by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if an advertised Prize becomes unavailable. The winner is not entitled to the monetary difference between actual Prize value and stated approximate retail value, if any.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            1. The Prize may be claimed by winner at the Sponsor\u2019s warehouse or at a local dealer, subject to the location of winner. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, deliver Prizes to any winner at their home address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. The winner will be responsible for any expense not explicitly included in the Prizes, including tire installation. Costs and arrangements for tire installation are the responsibility of the Prize winner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. The Prize will be awarded to the verified winner only. Sponsor will not replace any lost or Prize.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            4. Gift cards are subject to additional terms and conditions printed on the card and\/or imposed by the supplier.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Prize Draw Schedule<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

              On or about July 30, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. ET in Mississauga, Ontario, one (1) random draw will be conducted by the Sponsor to select an Entrant from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period, to be the potential Prize winner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              The odds of being selected as a potential winner of the Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              PRIZE AWARDS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              The Entrant selected as a potential winner will be notified of their selection via email to the email address provided in the Contest entry form. The notification will include information on how to fully comply with these Contest Rules in order to be declared a winner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Proof of identification must be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              In the event a selected Entrant does not respond to the Sponsor within five (5) days of the Sponsor\u2019s initial attempt to contact the Entrant, the Entrant will be disqualified and an alternate Entrant will be selected. The Sponsor is not responsible for the failure for any reason whatsoever of a selected Entrant to receive notification or for the Sponsor\u2019s failure to receive a selected Entrant\u2019s response. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Canadian residents only:<\/strong> Before being declared a winner, the Entrant will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered during a pre-arranged telephone call or by e-mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              By accepting a Prize, the Entrant agrees (a) that they have received, read and complied with, and confirmed that they are eligible in accordance with, these Contest Rules; (b) that the Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable or convertible to cash; (c) that they accept the Prize as offered; (d) that, in consideration for the Prize, they release and forever discharge the Sponsor and each of its agents, employees, directors, successors, and assigns (collectively, the \u201cReleased Parties\u201d), as well as Meta and Instagram, from any and all claims, actions, costs, liabilities or damages which may arise directly or indirectly in connection with the Contest, the Entrant\u2019s participation therein and\/or their use or receipt of the Prize; (e) to assume all responsibility and liability relating the Entrant\u2019s participation in the Contest, including the Entrant\u2019s Comment or Repost, and the use and receipt of the Prize, for any loss, injury, accident, misfortune or damage which results from any negligent and\/or including but not limited to installation of the tires, and to indemnify the Sponsor willful misconduct in connection with the Contest, the Entrant\u2019s Comment or Repost or the use and\/or receipt of the Prize; (f) to allow the Sponsor to use the Entrant\u2019s name, voice, photograph, likeness and statements in any advertising or publicity carried out by or on behalf of Sponsor (where lawful) about the Contest in any manner whatsoever and in any medium, including print, broadcast or the internet, without further notice or compensation; and (g) to sign release and declaration documentation confirming the foregoing if requested by the Sponsor in its discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Under no circumstances will the Sponsor be responsible for awarding more than the number of Prizes expressly contemplated in these Contest Rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              GENERAL<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding on all Entrants without right of appeal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, withdraw or amend this Contest in any way, without prior notice or obligation, in the event of an error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, impersonation, technical failure or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Contest Rules. Entries that are late, inaccessible, unviewable, contain false information, are damaged, misdirected, corrupted, mutilated, garbled or incomplete, altered or otherwise irregular or that do not conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions these Contest Rules will be judged void. At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, use of any automated, script, macro or robotic program, fake accounts, or use of multiple Instagram accounts by the same person may result in disqualification of entries, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Without limitation, the Sponsor will not be liable for any failure of its website or any Instagram account during the Contest; for a technical malfunction or other problems relating to the telephone network or lines, computer or device on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer or device equipment or software; for the failure of any Entrant Comment or Repost to be seen or otherwise accessed by the Sponsor for any reason including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or on any platform, Instagram account settings, or any combination of the above. Further, the Sponsor will not be liable for any injury or damage to an Entrant\u2019s or any other person\u2019s computer or device related to or resulting from participating, or downloading any material, in the Contest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Instagram\u00a0<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

              By entering the Contest, the Entrant agrees that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              1. the Entrant releases the Released Parties, Meta and Instagram and forever discharges the Released Parties, Meta and Instagram from any and all claims, actions, costs, liabilities or damages which may arise directly or indirectly in connection with the Contest, the Entrant\u2019s participation therein and\/or their use or receipt of the Prize;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. in connection with any aspects of the Comment or Repost that are added by the Entrant:\n

                1. the Entrant has all necessary licenses, consents and rights in and to the Comment or Repost to enter it in the Contest;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                2. the Entrant\u2019s Comment or Repost does not violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                3. the Entrant\u2019s Comment or Repost does not contain any reference to or name, image, voice, likeness of any third parties, unless consent has been obtained from all such individuals;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                4. the Entrant\u2019s Comment or Repost will not give rise to any claims of infringement, invasion of privacy or publicity, or infringe on any rights and\/or interest of any third party, or give rise to any claims for payment whatsoever; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                5. the Entrant\u2019s Comment or Repost is not defamatory, trade libelous, pornographic or obscene, and further that it will not contain, depict, include, discuss or involve, without limitation, any of the following:\n
